Anglesey: A great Adventure filled weekend

The Isle of Anglesey offers so much for so many!

This blog features some great ideas for a weekend staying in an Anglesey self-catering cottage at Treaddur Bay, a destination famed for its watersports!

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Anglesey Outdoors to give those seeking a great outdoor weekend away a great time, with Coastal Holidays!

Firstly, we’ve based this trip idea on a great property that offers 3-night stays in Treaddur Bay.

Seaview is a spectacular Anglesey holiday cottage where you can see the sea in ALL of its rooms, prices from £299.99-(May-mid July.)

Excellent stay in the perfect location

Seaview Cottage is in an excellent location, Coastal Path on your doorstep was brilliant.

Our stay with the dogs was great -plenty of walking and exploring, and the area’s beaches were superb.

Anglesey has a very enviable outdoor activity base, and we’d like to show you in this blog some great activities to be enjoyed by all!

Day 2,

Anglesey Outdoors – Coasteering.

The action starts! Head over to Anglesey Outdoors HQ, where you’ll be met by the friendly team.

Coasteering – A great new activity that combines the best of rock and water- based activities.

Make your way around the sea cliffs, scramble about on the rocks, jump into the sea from cliff ledges, and explore sea caves, it’s great fun and often described as the best part of your trip to Anglesey.

The afternoon will be spent along the Wales Coastal path and one of Anglesey’s iconic sites, South Stack Lighthouse.

One of the most attractive parts of the Anglesey Coastal Path. Stunning scenery finishing with the breath-taking South Stack lighthouse.

The walk is easy to moderate walk, 6.5 miles of coastal path with 400ft ascent at the end to the RSPB café
