The Snowdonia area is a famous tourist spot, well-known for its natural beauty. Snowdonia national park is visited by a huge number of tourists each year from the UK and all over the world. With all these visitors there is a need for them to find somewhere to eat and below are some of the best places in the Snowdonia area to dine and rest after a long walk through the countryside or up the scenic mountains.

1. Hebog Bwyty & Llety

Hebog Bwyty & Llety is known for its hospitality and the quality of the food that is prepared on the premises. The restaurant is situated in a relaxed place where people can enjoy the surrounding. The food is tasty and suitable for all the members of the family.

The staff are professional, friendly and will give a warm welcome when you arrive. The quality of service is well-known and has many visitors coming back for more.

It is Bistro & Café in the heart of Beddgelert, offering beautifully prepared fresh local cuisine, a stone’s throw from Snowdon. 2. Bistro Betws-y-Coed

Bistro Betws-y-Coed has been successful in providing quality food in the area for many years. The restaurant has the food prepared in a home-style manner and this has increased its popularity. The only limitation is that there are only a few options for vegetarians. The restaurant staff are very patient, professional, and friendly. The restaurant also welcomes advance bookings for diners.

Head chef and owner Gerwyn Llyr Williams. a young man from the area who attended Llandrillo College and has extensive experience working in upscale lodging and dining establishments, including Odette’s in London with Bryn Williams. He was a part of the Welsh culinary team, which competed successfully and took home gold and silver medals. A total of 18 people, including seasonal help, are working with him. He is assisted by Ceri Ratcliffe, the front-of-house manager, and Edward Valentine, the second chef, who is aided by Damien Ayre. For 2015 and 2016, we are mentioned in the Good Food Guide.

3.Ty Gwyn

The Ty Gwyn Hotel is a four-star coaching inn from the 16th century that overlooks the Conwy River and is located in the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park. Since 1982, the Ratcliffs family, has owned and operated the inn. They take great delight in providing their guests, many of whom have been coming back year after year, with a warm and welcoming stay. The Inn’s bar and restaurant, which serves superb meals, are very highly recommended in the community. The restaurant’s owner and chef, Martin, takes pride in his job. He sources a lot of the food locally and prepares it creatively and freshly for his menu.

Ty Gwyn is one of the best places to eat in the area. It is recommended you book in advance before making a visit to this restaurant. The quality of the food is excellent, fresh and tasty. The price is reasonable for the quality of food they provide. There are various options on their menu. The restaurant staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making sure you have an excellent time when you visit the premises.

 Modern Welsh dining in a family-run restaurant with a patio backing onto the old town walls. This lovely Bistro provides excellent cuisine at an affordable price. The restaurant is suitable for evening dining only.

The restaurant is one of the most popular places to eat for the local people of Snowdonia. All of the dishes at The Bistro are cooked from scratch using only the best local ingredients.

They pride themselves on their ethic that nothing less than the best will do for their customers and work hard to make your dining experience one to remember.
