If you have selected to have the hot tub at your property rental then you agree that you use the hot tub facility at your own risk and agree to adhere to safe use and operation of the hot tub.
All guests need to shower prior to entering the hot tub to wash off residual skin creams, lotions, hair products, deodorants, fragrances, fake tan, and also shower afterward to remove water management chemicals like chlorine from their skin.
All drinks should be consumed in plastic glasses provided
Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use, and refrain from standing or sitting on the cover and the cover straps secured when not in use. In the interest of preventing a person, animal or debris from falling into the hottub.
Children under the age of 4 should not use the hot tub at all, as they cannot regulate their own body temperature
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult
Hot tubs should be used in 20 minute intervals, you should take a small break out of the full immersion of the water in between.
Never use electrical devices (including phones, radio, TVs or any other corded
devices) in or near the hot tub.
The use of alcohol or drugs is dangerous in a hot tub, as it amplifies the effects, drowsiness from alcohol can result in falling asleep in the spa and the risk of drowning. Submersion in hot tub water is not good as it is not meant to be consumed.
People who are on medication or with existing medical condition such as heart disease, high blood pressure or diabetes should consult their doctor before using the hot tub, and pregnant women should not submerge their stomach as this is not good for the foetus.
Long hair must be tied in a pony tail to avoid getting caught in the filter housing
It is imperative to follow the guidelines for use of your hot tub that are displayed in the hot tub area at your holiday property
Any direct damage caused to this hot tub by anyone should be reported to the owners
immediately and will have to be charged.
The owner reserves the right to test the water at any time and take appropriate measures and corrections as per water safety requirements and to meet with HSE guidelines.
