Ty Seiont (House No. 6)

• Sofa Bed: Available in the living area for additional guests

• Living / Dining Area: Open-plan space with a dining table seating 8, Smart TV, and patio doors leading to a small outdoor seating area with picnic table

• Kitchen: Compact yet fully equipped, featuring an under-counter fridge, freezer, cooker, and microwave

• Bathrooms: 1 shower room on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with shower on the first floor

• Outdoor Space: Small patio area with picnic table, plus access to Plas Menai’s outdoor grounds, mountain bike track, and cycle pump track

Ty Ogwen (House No. 7)

• Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, all with zip-and-link beds (double or twin options) The default bedroom layout will be 1 double and 2 twin. If you require a different layout please notify us by email with your booking number.

• Living / Dining Area: Cozy lounge with a sofa bed and Smart TV, plus a dining area that seats 6

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with under-counter fridge, cooker, washing machine, and microwave

• Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room

• Outdoor Space: Small patio area with picnic table, shared garden space with access to the cycle pump track

Ty Glasfryn (House No. 8)
