Large kitchen with all major appliances and large dining table. Boot room leading from the kitchen to the garden.

Large king-sized bed with chair and chest of draws’
Bedroom 2
2 single bed or 1 super king-sized bed, chair and wardrobe
***Guests 5 and 6 will sleep in a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a privacy screen / room divider available***

Bath with electric shower.
Outside
Split level garden with table and chairs. The garden is enclosed for pets and young children.
