Lavender Cottage is let by Coastal Holidays, an Anglesey based holiday letting agent. Fodol Cottages – Lavender Cottage is situated in a peaceful rural setting with ample room for supervised children to play in complete safety. It has views over open countryside and Snowdonia yet is only 5 minutes drive from Menai Bridge which is a lively town offering excellent restaurants and hotels.There is also a wide variety of shops and pubs. This area is ideal for coastal path walks, the walk under the Menai Bridge is very scenic.
Kitchen
The front door opens into the well appointed kitchen. The kitchen is modern with fridge, freezer, oven and grill and microwave. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the right is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Lounge/ dining area
From the kitchen walk through a wide doorway into the sitting and dining room. The sitting area includes a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is also a wood burning stove for cold winter evenings. The dining area will seat 8.
Bedroom 1
From the living room walk to a passage-way and to the left there is a small bedroom with bunk beds.
Bedroom 2
Beside the bathroom is a bedroom with king size bed and an en suite shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 3
Upstairs is a large family bedroom with a king size bed and day bed. This can be easily converted to two single beds, ideal for children. This bedroom has a large en suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
Bathroom
Under the stairs is a large bathroom with disabled access.
Entertainment
There is a 22 inch Flatscreen TV in the lounge with built in Freeview and a DVD player. Games can be found in the drawer of the dresser unit in the kitchen and a radio on top of the worktop.
Outside
Lavender cottage also has a secluded south facing patio accessed from the living room with views of Snowdonia for those warm summer days. This is a tranquil setting ideal for families. Fodol cottages have plenty of space for supervised children to play safely, away from busy roads.

The owner of Fodol Cottages will contact the guest a week before arrival via email requesting the refundable deposit which can be paid via bank transfer or a card payment over the phone. It is refunded up to 7 days afternoon departure all being well.
