Menai Bridge has a wealth of restaurants, quaint corners, Telford’s historic suspension bridge and many scenic walks, and historic Beaumaris is under 15 minutes by car.
Kitchen/diner:
The well-equipped kitchen with modern facilities including an inset ceramic hob with oven and grill with extractor hood above, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster and all kitchen utensils.
A pine dining table with six dining chairs provides spacious seating for everyone to enjoy a very sociable atmosphere. The double glazed door provides access to the rear decking area. The wireless router is also located in the dining area.
Lounge:
Like the rest of the cabin, the lounge walls are made of pine, giving a cosy and romantic appearance. The spacious lounge has a comfortable, faux-leather suite comprising of a three seater, two seater and rattan armchair. The traditional log burning stove makes this a cosy and warm lodge at any time of the year. The 32in LCD Smart TV has built in Freeview and there is a selection of books on the book shelf.
**Each bedroom has its own dedicated facilities and that people using the downstairs bathroom and bedroom don't have to share with others.***
Bedroom 3 (ground floor):
This ground floor double bedroom with its honey-coloured pine walls, floor and ceiling contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, with lamps and a large wardrobe (with hairdryer).
Ground floor bathroom:
The large ground floor bathroom with its slate tile floor and pine walls contains a white bathroom suite which includes a bath with over-head shower, a washbasin, toilet, a heated towel rail and a fan heater.
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs):
The generous master suite contains a king size double bed, two bed side cabinets (with hairdryer), a large chest of drawers set and a walk-in wardrobe. There is a panoramic window with double opening doors to a glass Juliet balcony. There are two comfortable arm chairs and nest of tables, ideal for enjoying the splendid views over a relaxing morning coffee.
En-suite shower room to bedroom 1:
The white bathroom suite comprises of a walk-in shower, pedestal wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs):
This twin bedroom contains two single beds plus a large chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 has toilet and wash facilities situated nextdoor.
First floor landing:
The airing cupboard houses the hot water tank, cleaning and household equipment and provides extra storage space.
Entertainment:
32in LCD TV with Freeview, a creative iPod/ phone music dock, Internet access and a selection of books on the bookshelf in the lounge.
Outside:
The front garden is laid to lawn with a slate covered driveway providing ample off-road parking with space for boat/caravan. Steps lead to a covered decking area at the front with a wooden bench and outside lighting which looks out over the park and neighbouring properties. The drive extends to the rear of the property with access to a rear decked area backing onto the open countryside. There is a large metal dining table with four chairs on the decking area as well as 6 additional decking chairs that are kept in the garden shed.
