  • Great location and perfect with split level living as gave teenage son his own space too. Cottage had everything we could possibly need and more. Very comfortable and clean with nice quality crockery and accessories. The service from Coastal Cottages was excellent with lots of additional information on the area provided too.

Apr 2023 Guest Review from Booking Logo

  • We enjoyed a really lovely Easter at Penrhyn Cottage. A warm and generous welcome, to a very clean, tasteful and spacious property which is well equipped with creature comforts all covered. Both Coastal and the owner were a pleasure to deal with. Lockbox for check-in was a lifesaver as we predictably arrived later than planned! Cemaes is lovely and we hope to return: thank you!

  • Been visiting this property for over 10 years. Never disappointed and always extra additions upon returns! The telescope is always a big hit!

Mar 2023 Guest Review from Airbnb Logo

  • Very comfortable lounge suite and a bed which we highly rated for comfort. We were surprised by the nice goodies a variety too many to mention. The location is great with views of the sea and a few yards to the coastal path and yet convenient for the village. I would recommend Penrhyn cottage for a small family during the long holiday season and excellent for a dog.

    Dec 2022

Sept 2022 Guest Review from Airbnb Logo

  • We were delighted with Penrhyn cottage. Superbly well equipped with a view to the sea and a pleasant walking distance from the local facilities. We arrived to find wine and milk in the fridge plus biscuits and snacks. We only had four days but wished we could have stayed longer.

    Sept 2022

  • Amazing cottage, location and facilities. Everything was perfect and the owners left lots of nice touches in the cottage. Would love to go back again in the future! Thank you so much.

Sept 2022 Guest Review from Booking Logo

  • This is a lovely cottage with all you could want to make your stay perfect. It is in a great location right near the coastal path. There is a sea view from upstairs. Unfortunately we didn’t see any wildlife in the sea during our stay but plenty of bird life around. The walk down to the village and beaches is very short, just a slight hill back to the cottage. We don’t have a dog but it is a perfect place for anyone who does… the owner has catered well for the furry friends. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival and even an honesty bar should you not be inclined to venture out to the shop/pub. All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday.

    July 2022

  • Lovely view from the upstairs. Clean and comfortable.

May 2022 Guest Review fromHomeAway Logo

  • Beautiful little cottage in a great location right on the Coastal Path so perfect for walkers. Close to the beach and only 5 mins walk to the High street where there is a fabulous butchers, a chip shop and a convenience store. The chip shop is highly recommended. The cottage has off street parking right outside, free Wi-Fi, TV upstairs and downstairs, washer and dryer and an outside line. All the equipment you need in the kitchen. A lovely little seating area outside. The host left us some wine, milk and snacks which is a nice touch. There is also an honesty bar which is handy if you wanted some wine but didn’t want to walk to the shop. Lovely sea view from the upstairs lounge. Can’t fault it which is why this was our third visit.

    Apr 2022

  • Had a fab short break here, the cottage itself is perfectly located to get to the coastal path and down to the beach and shops and pubs. The cottage is really well appointed and the space is used well. Also a lovely few extra touches which all helped make it a great stay. Janet the host was super at communication and felt she is really approachable. Cemaes Bay is so pretty, and the local community are friendly, will return some day. Thank you!

    Feb 2022

  • Nicely situated with some lovely touches. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Feb 2022 Guest Review from Airbnb Logo

  • Great location. Cottage had everything you needed. Nothing negative to say. Clean and cosy. Will definitely be going again.

    Dec 2021

  • A beautiful cottage which is deceptively spacious, in an idyllic and very peaceful area. The cottage was very well equipped and clearly well looked after. Plenty of room for our family of four and two dogs. Dog friendly with a fairly secure garden (low front wall but does have a small completely secure fenced area too) and spare leads, bowls, etc. Cemaes Bay is a very quiet area with a beautiful sheltered beach, perfect for paddling, paddle boarding etc. Has everything we needed with a couple of shops, takeaway, chippy etc. The cottage is two minutes walk from the beach and coastal path, with a lovely sea view. Everything you need for a real getaway from it all break would highly recommend it.

    August 2021

  • What a fantastic little cottage, perfect location right next to the coastal path and just a few minutes walk to the 2 beaches. The cottage has everything you need and more and the welcome Prosecco, cakes, chocolates, butter and dog treats were such a lovely treat. Would highly recommend.

    August 2021

  • Love the location right on the Anglesey Coastal Path. Off-road parking right outside. Nice outdoor space with seating and table(s). Everything you need in the cottage including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Also an outside line for drying. Lovely views from an upstairs window. Nice touches like welcome wine and snacks and an honesty bar should you run out of wine. Easy walk to the local high street and the beach. This is the second time we’ve stayed here this year and will definitely go back.
